About Our Caregivers:
Island You a Hand provides the highest quality care through careful staff selections. Our staff goes through a personal interview, comprehensive background checks, driving record checks, and verification of past employment history checks. All our caregivers are experienced staff, many with a family experience of caring for a loved one. We give you the opportunity to interview your caregiver in advance. You should only accept a staff if you feel completely comfortable. All caregivers speak English (most of them are bilingual) and are employed by us which means you don’t have to worry about taxes, social security or insurance.
